Edutopia

Founded in 1991, Edutopia is a website formed by the George Lucas Educational Foundation. It is committed to finding effective and innovative ways for K–12 students to obtain and apply the knowledge, skills, and attitudes essential to thrive in their studies, careers, and adult lives. Its main office is situated in San Rafael, California. As the principal source for change-makers in education, it encourages people to improve the learning process, supporting them to find, share and adapt what works in education. It emphasized six core learning approaches: Integrated Studies, Comprehensive Assessment, Project-Based Learning, Social and Emotional Learning, Teacher Development and Technology Integration.
