i applied online then got a video interview and it was really easy it was about 5 questions you get to pre record then a follow up phone call to schedule interview in person interview next basically a behavioral interview that tests stress levels

You start accruing vacation as soon as you start. You have 3 weeks after 3 years but if you leave you do not get any of you vacation pay. The award it quarterly so if only use half of it, then quit in June you do not get the other half of you vacation 😊
