EFCO is privately owned, employee-owned, and persists unabated with Al Jennings, the son of EFCO's founder, W., in its second, third and fourth generations of management. A. Jennings, operating as the institution's chairman and CEO. W. A. Jennings founded EFCO in 1934 as the Economy Shapes Corporation. EFCO is world-renowned for its high-quality creative materials and integrated technologies for concrete shaping and building projects.
