I loved my job. I worked every Weekend. I rarely took a day off. Copied X-ray's on CD's for ER, OR & Patients. I covered vacation time for coworkers during the week. And other duties.
Pros and Cons
Friendly office staff and doctors.
Never had to pay for parking.

I work in the last battle for about a year as a travel nurse. The staff was supportive. They treated each other with a great deal of respect. Strong teamwork.

Sometimes after working my shift at Stanford, I would go to El Camino Radiology and cover vacations till 9:00 or 10:00pm. I loved working there. One day I slipped and fell at the Palo Alto train station. I crushed my wrist. I was on leave for a few months. When I came back Radiology got a new Director and Assistant Director. They eliminated the weekend position. I was very sad about that.

Thanksgiving and Christmas catered Lunch and dinner by Harry's Hofbrau.
