As ELA (English Language Arts) teachers, we are responsible for creating the classroom environment in such a way that it develops listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in the student. We motivate the students to read a wide range of literature to get information and recreation. It develops the standards for critical judgment of written and oral communication in the students. We are also responsible to communicate with the parents to improve the student’s experience. Develop the standard curriculum, take the assessment on a weekly or monthly basis, implementation of research-based methods, and performing other minor administration work are some of our core duties.
