good training program, good way to expand your skill set, especially when it comes to office technology and understanding how things 'work' in a manufacturing company. bosses are decent, dont hound you as long as you are keeping your customers happy and usually will help you out with issues. If you do show promise though, beware, they like to give you more and more challenging accounts (mostly because the last person cant handle it), so, its best to keep your head down and fly under the radar here if you can help it. Overall, decent place to work.

office is very casual, usually food in the kitchen, bosses dont micromanage unless they have to
sometimes accounts can be a bit overwhelming, need to do a better job balancing peoples work load
