We prepare and execute developmental counseling programs. Implementation of elementary guidance curriculum is part of our duty. We analyze and report student performance. We counsel individual students with personal, academic, and social concerns. Working as Elementary School Counselors, we ensure that students have proper guidance and tools to learn effectively within the skill set. We also assist in developing a culture that fulfills student's growth needs. Finally, we conduct workshops to educate teachers, students, and their families on specific issues.
