About Eligibility Worker

What does an Eligibility Worker do?

As Eligibility Workers, we assist customers with determining their eligibility for different hiring opportunities and government programs. We possess excellent customer service and interviewing skills. In this role, we will explain to the customer how they can fulfill the required information to complete the screening and application process to increase their chances of getting selected in different programs. Additionally, we are detail-oriented, able to work independently with little supervision and be able to multitask. We have the ability to develop working relationships with the diverse teams and represent the company in a professional and customer-friendly manner and follow all the rules and regulations.
