If you want stress and confusion, work for this company. Pay is good but upper management and HR are unorganized with no real vision. Lack of communication and you can be wrongfully terminated in an instant.

no story, just something to consider. Throughout my employment, our site lost at least one technician every week for 22 weeks, at which point I became the 24th to leave. Let this serve as a warning should you actually decide to work at ELS. And make sure to get EVERYTHING in writing
Pros and Cons
Working at the Amazon location was cool. and you got Amazon's health insurance (basically free)
Everything else. But most importantly, The lies. The never ending lies.
