Elucd is an early stage technology startup committed to helping city leaders better serve their residents. We bring city residents' voices into the rooms where decisions get made. In the modern era, we shouldn't only rely on poorly-attended town hall meetings and social media posts to hear about what matters most to people. Elucd uses technology to continuously and seamlessly engage with a representative cross-section of a city's residents to ensure that everyone's concerns are heard. We've started with public safety -- often the most visible face of local government and with the most challenging problems.
