What does an Email Marketing Specialist do?

Working as Email Marketing Specialists, we make use of automated email software to reach the company’s audience. We are responsible for the organization of the company’s mails. Sending out replies to the company’s received emails when necessary is one of our tasks. We ensure that all sent emails are proofread. We also compile the email addresses of clients the company wishes to reach. Being up to date with the terms and conditions of the mailing application the company uses is also one of our responsibilities.

Core tasks:

  • sending out newsletters, adverts, notifications, and much more
  • making use of readable designs and fonts when sending emails
  • engaging in one-on-one conversations with clients seeking inquiries through emails
  • updating the company’s email software
  • taking inventory of email engagements
  • developing email strategies
