EMC Corporation work environment was awesome and professional. Learning and growing your skills was not an option. Customer business and interaction was tough but rewarding. Happy customer was a customer for life. Team work was incredible.

Need to take care of good employees and listen to their feelings when an employee feels depressed. If employees a full time benefit instead kept them work so hard but still at contacts

Constantly reorganizing with frequent management changes. I had 5 managers during a 2 year period. The changes weren’t from promotions or resignations, they were from realignments that didn’t seem to have a reason. I supported management where I had daily interactions with but on paper I reported to another manager who I talked to once every 3 months. That was the manager responsible for my annual performance review and he really didn’t understand my daily responsibilities.
Pros and Cons
Pay and benefits are fair and competitive. Higher than average.
Vacations are frowned upon and you are expected to work even on vacation.
