U can join as Manager, Individual Giving; this job involves raising funds & awareness for the Enactus program by cultivating relationships with donors and sponsors. U need to have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, as well as experience in fundraising n donor management!!

Employees here're getting pretty good benefits so far; generous vacations, 12 paid hoildays plus winter holidays, 403 b retirement saving , pre taxed FSA, insurance coverage etc 🥰

It is a multi step interview process including 3 rounds of interviews. A phone screening & then two additional interviews. The interviewers were very nice and conversational. It was a very traditional interview process.😆

It was a very brief interview they were very friendly & they asked me mostly about my interest and why I was applying for that position. I also talked about my skills and how they would fit the position I was applying for :)
