No appreciation. Drive 100 + miles daily in your own vehicle and not compensated if you end your day in another town even if 40 miles away. Favoritism to other employees also.
Pros and Cons
No pros, long hours, lots of extra miles on your car. Poor communication.
Most patients live over 40 miles in another city, no compensation to drive back
