Job Description

Due to our fast growth and service to our community, we need to create an additional position for our chiropractic office. This position is our patient’s first point of contact. Therefore a professional, upbeat, friendly, and cheerful demeanor is a must. If you feel there qualities describe you, apply to join our state-of-the art office and work with a very close knit team. Requirements/Responsibilities NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY Energetic team player needed for a fast growth start-up chiropractic office Bonus pay Must be flexible with hours (not a M-F, 9-5 job) Strong multi-tasking skills and organizational ability required Will be required to learn/memorize office scripts Must have basic proficiency with computers - we are an electronic healthcare office Will be required to travel at least 2x a year Special Instructions Please do not send any emails, resumes, or call. We provide our services to the Pleasanton, San Ramon and Dublin, CA communities.

TASKS

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules.
  • Make travel arrangements for executives.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
  • Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, departmental finances, budget preparation, personnel issues, and housekeeping, to aid executives.
