What does an Engagement Specialist do?

As Engagement Specialists, we are tasked with providing best practice solutions for the company’s online marketings campaign by assessing deliverables, creating collateral, and helping to launch new products and services. We partake in various workstreams and project meetings to study and understand how the company’s product/service will solve issues that customers face. We also coordinate with influencers and provide them with referral links or payment for them to test and advertise our goods to their audience. We leverage the latest social trends and hashtags to reach more customers and ensure that the engagement stays high.
