CMTA, based in Louisville, KY, is a multi-specialty organization that specialises in building systems engineering to ensure that buildings are cost-effective, energy-efficient, and high-performing. Its partners who are invested in the long-term success of the buildings, which is defined by exceeding building owners' and managers' expectations while protecting the health and comfort of the tenants. Through the Energy Solutions business, CMTA expanded in 2012 to combine the expertise in energy efficient engineering and Design-Build construction to offer Performance Contracting services. Since the beginning, CMTA has been acknowledged as a national leader in delivering high-quality, long-term projects. It will use the expertise and enthusiasm to create meaningful experiences and opportunities for CMTA staff and clients.
