CommScope is adding an Engineering Graduate Rotation Program participant to our team. The participant's first rotation will be focused on Systems Engineering located in Lowell, MA, USA.

CommScope's Graduate Rotation Program is designed to accelerate your professional development and provide you with cross-functional experiences within CommScope's organizations.
Learn More About the Graduate Rotation Program (GRP) at CommScope Throughout the 2-year program, you will move through three 8-month rotations where you will be tasked with challenging and business-critical projects. Dedicated mentors and professional development workshops with our diverse network of talent and senior leaders will provide you with a solid foundation for a successful career.
During the final rotational assignment, participants will receive assistance applying for open positions at CommScope which meet their career goals.

Required Qualifications for Consideration- 0-2 years of experience with a degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering or Computer Science)
- Must be geographically mobile [locations vary based on businesses, and participant may be required to relocate for rotations (relocation assistance provided)]
You Will Excite Us If You Possess Two or More of the Following- A graduate degree (MS or Ph.D.) in Engineering field - preferably Electrical Engineering or Computer Science
- Courses, projects or research in Wireless Communications, Network protocols, Signal Processing, Digital Design, FPGA programing
- Courses, Projects or research in technologies such as ML/AI, Cloud Computing
- Simulations skills with tools such as Matlab, Python
- Programing skills in C/C++/Java
- Experience in performing tests in HW labs and familiarity with lab equipment
- Previous Internship or Co-Op experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to use analytical skills to solve complex problems
- Strong organizational skills including the ability to prioritize, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
