Description

As Engineering Technicians, our role is to assist in solving various hardware and software technical challenges within our organizations. We are specialists who work together with other employed staffs to ensure efficiency in service delivery to our clients. We troubleshoot, run tests, diagnostics and provide maintenance services of the existing machines and equipment in various departments of our office. We also calculate depreciation costs and losses and advise managers on the necessity to purchase new and efficient equipment for enhanced operations. We train staff on operation and safety measures when working with technical equipment and explaining machine readings and calibrations.

  • solving technical challenges
  • offering suggestions for service improvement
  • advising on costs of maintenance and necessity of new equipment
  • training other staffs on safety measures
