CVS Health has an exciting new opportunity within theSpecialty Customer Care team in Mount Prospect, IL. The team is seeking several Enrollment Coordinatorsinterested in utilizing their strengths in Data Entry andCustomer Service.As an Enrollment Coordinator you will be responsible forcollecting and entering patient demographics, payerinformation and therapy information for new patientsreferred to the Specialty Pharmacy. You will interact withreferral sources to initiate the new referral process. You will also participate as an auditor in quality initiatives, including continuous quality improvement, within the department.In order to be successful in this role you’ll utilize yourknowledge of the Microsoft Office applications; Word,Excel, and Outlook. The ability to type 60 wpm with the proven track record of accuracy and extreme attention to detail and problem solving is another thing necessary to ensure your successin this position.Shift/ Schedule: Monday through Friday 11:00am -7:30pm. Training is 2 weeks long from 8:00am - 4:30omand the first 4 days will be onsite.We offer a comprehensive benefits package whichincludes medical, dental, vision insurance as well as awide-ranging list of supplemental benefits and discountprograms.
