It was a great starting career for right out of college. I learned a lot in my experience that I still use to this day. I was fortunate enough the people I worked with have become my long term friends. The days can be hard and the hours are long but a great beginning career.

Pros and Cons
Friendly offices, recognition days, promote from within

My time as a part time employee with enterprise was amazing. My coworker were very sweet, management cared and treat us like we mattered and allowed of us to care for our outside life. We had counselings and I earned a raise pretty fast, just no benefits because of the position and it was just opening up again because of Covid.

Pros and Cons
No point system, hour lunch, family vibe
Part time with no benefits and 35-40 minute commute

Worked for Enterprise for 3 1/2 years. They are a decent company to work for. The one hurdle is they under staff their branches. MTs & managers can advance in time. Car detailers, not so much. Good luck.

Pros and Cons
Decent benefits
Branches are under staffed.

Took this job while my wife was finishing her final year of college. I started in American Fork and really enjoyed the hustle. Learned a lot and liked the team and daily grind. Was transferred to Prove about 6 months later and slowly started to advance in my training and eventually graduated to the assistant manager level but there was no positions available at the time to promote me. Around the year mark my wife graduated and we moved to Seattle, WA where I reached out to the local Enterprise office and was told I had to start all over again. I was bummed and chose not to.

Pros and Cons
Great work ethic.
Promotion is limited and very competitive
