Entertainment Manager

As entertainment managers, we oversee performances, events, attractions, etc. We usually work for holiday venues, amusement parks, clubs, festivals, and various other organizations involved in the entertainment industry. We supervise the performance of entertainment employees, enforcing company policies and procedures. We are responsible for ensuring good customer service, and for the seamless delivery of various events/performances.

• researching and booking performers
• recruiting, selecting, training, and developing entertainment employees such as attendants
• negotiating bookings and fees
• managing budgets
• managing publicity
• managing events
