About Environmental Consultant

What does an Environmental Consultant do?

As Environmental Consultants, we are tasked with estimating the direct and indirect effects of chemicals, waste materials, smoke, or noise on the environment in town or country and make sure that each company follows every relevant environmental regulation. We also carry out various environmental impact assessments for any suggested and proposed major new development project such as installing new industrial plants, roads, electricity pylons, and wind farms. We work with public authorities to improve energy efficiency or to introduce recycling schemes while doing other related fieldwork by recording pre-established parameters.

Core tasks:

  • write adequate reports and documentation as required
  • conduct regular field surveys and collect data about the overall levels of pollution
  • use various software-modeling packages to interpret air and water data
