As Environmental Health Specialists, we handle overall safety regulations, practice, training, annual plan and reports, and manage all work related to the company's environment, health, and safety, and make sure the gathering with environmental, health and safety legal, health, and safety principles. We establish an effective EHS policy and procedures and quality management system for example risk assessment control, preventive accident, and emergency communication system. Additionally, we improve the occupational health and safety management system and strengthen and maintain the company's safety standard by promoting safety awareness, conducting safety training, and coordinating with all the departments to follow up all incidents, and regularly prepare and conduct training to promote and enhance environmental health and safety awareness to employees and subcontractors.
Core tasks:
- prepare and submit all reports required by the government as well as those required by the company policy
- lead and consult on safety committee's activities to make sure the compliance as well as effectiveness
- evaluate hazardous conditions and recommends engineering controls, administrative controls, and personal protective equipment
- manage the staff training according to policies, practices and procedures, and daily inspections in plant areas
