About Environmental Project Manager

What does an Environmental Project Manager do?

As Environmental Project Managers, we are responsible for preparing reports, performing site inspections, and processing and evaluating data. We manage EPA representatives and lawyers to change environmental law to protect the best interest of the base. We manage a staff of engineers and environmental restoration waste sites. Performing asbestos surveys and paint surveys for commercial and industrial facilities is one of our main responsibilities. We assist with the USACE permit applications and amendments and gain survey experience. Working as Environmental Project Managers, we design wildlife hazard management plans and training. We analyze OSHA hazards and standards and develop methods of control.

Core tasks:

  • coordinate with government wildlife agencies
  • identify and delineate all sensitive natural resources
  • prepare corporate and division EHS budgets
