What does an Equipment Specialist do?

Working as Equipment Specialists, we are accountable for making equipment demonstrations with the help of our team. We perform site visits at every customer location to make surveys and oversee the performance and execution of work with the equipment. We discuss the issues and advantages of each piece of equipment with the customers to find the best solution for them in the role of Equipment Specialist, we report the equipment malfunctions to the management of our department and also provide them with valuable suggestions to overcome the complicated issues. We work collaboratively with a team of specialists to handle all the equipment related tasks.
