Family owned and operated. I wasn’t family so it was tough sometimes. Pay is mid range, no bonus program. Have to stay until all work is done regardless of any plans you may have and get written up if this rule isn’t followed, especially on a Friday.
Pros and Cons
If you are in the office, there were lunches and games and events.
Annual meeting you are required to attend is a cheerleading session with a lot of alcohol.
