At the start you’re given a computer and told good luck. While they do provide training, often time your supervisor may be unaware of how your job function is ever changing. There is no standardization and each leader takes a different approach - Hence, working with one manager may be a plus but having several (promotions, staff change, etc.)will confuse things. It should also be known that during their annual company wide survey racism is usually their weakest attribute and there are a lot of complaint related to racism and nepotism. Their way of taking care of that is usually be removing the party/parties involved sweeping the issue under the rug or protecting the preferred race/sex.
Pros and Cons
Great support staff.
Poor management, non diverse, extreme nepotism and racial bias.

No I was continuously held back having trained two supervisors and numerous specialists. The excuse for each holdout were unproven: too insensitive and they don’t hire from my position pool although those supervisors and specialists that I trainees all came from the same pool.

It all depends on the position being applied for. Adjuster positions or better require a bachelors or at least someone in pursuit of it.
