There was some flexibility with work schedule since I worked remotely. At the time of my employment in the early 2000's there was a definite old boys network within the culture of the company.

Pros and Cons
Flexibility working remotely
Salary was low in comparison to the job market, somewhat of an old boys culture

From the amazing welcome at Erie headquarters to the incredible training and benefits, to the supportive management and on to the personal recognition, Erie Insurance is highly recommended! I would never have left had I not moved to a state they don't operate in. Great opportunity for those looking!

Pros and Cons
Great training, recognition, benefits, professional development
None. Except that they aren't in more states.
