Essner Manufacturing

Was promised certification, pay raise, training and moving up. Not only did i NOT receive these, but i was worked in three other departments because employees were laid off. Was promised OT if i finished certain jobs but then was told a week later to take off so i wouldnt make over 40. This company has NO morales or ethics...only knows the bottom line. They owe me over $8k for lost wages and OT. They make promises knowing they will never keep them. They also are in trouble for reworking jobs that QC never caught and customer placed on aircraft.
