I loved working here & EWC is honestly one of the only places, I can come back and work with ease and grace!

Hourly pay is crap... bonuses are hard to master - They will fire you for any wrong move. However the flexible schedule is nice and almost outweighs the cons.

Mangers were extremely understanding and patient. I had a stable workload with a set schedule. This job has two shifts 7:30am-1:30pm and 1:30pm -8:00pm. I was able to make many connections with customers through selling EWC products, wax passes, and experiences.

My manager outside of work was being very inappropriate with the male owner rich who is married. It was very uncomfortable seeing them lust over each other at a work party knowing they both had partners & that these were the people that I worked for. Also, lots of gossiping at this location, I stayed in my room & tried staying out of everyone’s way but Very exhausting, unprofessional & messy.

I worked at European wax center for 5 years. Absolutely loved my clients. I became very close with majority of my clients and they are what kept me working at EWC. Management and the owners never seemed to care about their employees and only about the money we could make for them.
