About Event Marketing Representative

What does an Event Marketing Representative do?

As Event Marketing Representatives, we lead an organization’s event strategies. We participate in trade shows, product launches, and local events to promote the products and services of a company. We also plan and host the inside events of the organization. Working closely with marketing leadership, we work to handle attendance from start-to-final, determine key events, and verify return on investment (ROI). We report to the marketing directors and other upper-level managers in the sales department. We work in coordination with the representatives' team.

Core tasks:

  • handle trade show forecasting and attendance, secure communication opportunities, representing the company at industry events,
  • implementing the guerilla marketing campaigns
  • plan and manage the company’s event and tradeshow strategies
  • collaborate with executives of sales and marketing to organize events
  • create event strategies and objectives, and ensure their achievement
