We are searching for a senior level Executive Assistant to support a fast paced CEO. In this role you will manage an ever changing calendar of meetings, events, and travel. To be successful you must be at your best 100% of the time and have the finesse to represent this executive at a moment's notice. You will manage and coordinate first class travel arrangements and accommodations, oversee the calendar, schedule meetings, create correspondence, track expenses, act as a liaison to other executives in the organization, attend meetings, screen phone calls and many other projects as required.
**This position requires light business travel (approximately once per month for a 1 or 2 day trip)***
*Coordinate a complex business and personal calendar including travel arrangements (commercial and private), hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and restaurant/social engagements.
*Act as a liaison between the CEO and senior level Executives, clients and VIPS
*Coordinate social events, dinner engagements, company retreats, and other corporate events
*Provide assistance and function as the first point of contact for all matters that are brought to the attention of the CEO.
*Assist with Personal Assistant duties including: personal travel arrangements, gift purchases, oversee home renovations and other projects as needed
*5+ years experience supporting a high profile executive within a corporate industry
*Advanced skills is MS Office Suite
*Confidence in your ability to produce near flawless business correspondences and reports.
*Strong business professionalism and a high regard for confidentiality
*An employment history that reflects longevity in past positions.
*A Bachelors Degree is required.
