In the position of Executive Director, we carry out the the mission of a nonprofit organization according to the strategic direction of the Board of Directors. We respond to the Board of Directors and must get their permission before any significant action. Our primary duties are strategy implementation, staff management, fundraising, budgeting, marketing, and community outreach. We oversee the daily operations of the organization. Besides, we provide executive direction of program strategy, efficiency, compliance, and quality assurance. We strive to meet fundraising goals to secure financial support from various funding sources. Acting as the public face of the organization and taking part in external events to increase community awareness are parts of our routine as Executive Directors. Finally, we oversee communication materials including, website, marketing materials, newsletters, and social media content.
