Position Overview: Atrium is seeking a passionate Executive Director of Sales to enhance and expand upon new business development for the Atrium suite of Contingent Workforce Services (CWS). The Executive Director of Sales will work closely with Atrium CWS Leadership and cross-organizational stakeholders to develop growth strategies and client relationships. Salary: Competitive compensation and benefits Responsibilities: Sales Model Act as Atrium CWS Executive Director of Sales responsible for national new business strategies, opportunity pipeline and Sales Team Management Centralize CWS Sales function and report directly to Atrium CWS VP Develop national Sales plan in partnership with Atrium CWS Executive Leadership Partner with Leadership and Sales team to develop marketing and sales strategies, identify key existing accounts, and solicit new business Drive CWS Sales initiatives and meet quarterly business goals Sales Team Management Manage the Sales team by implementing agreed CWS Sales plan, conducting trainings, introducing targets and KPIs and tracking team metrics Establish and consistently track Sales activity in Atrium CWS system Assist Sales team in qualifying leads, developing corresponding Sales materials and conducting consultative sessions with prospects to introduce the Atrium service portfolio, engaging Sales Leadership according to opportunity Negotiate contract terms Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients by providing best-in-class service The Ideal Person Communication: outstanding oral and written skills; the ability to interact with both Atrium Sales team and clients alike Teacher: love sharing insight and knowledge and are patient and thoughtful when educating Leadership: record of accomplishment developing and leading high-performance teams, with a demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding results Goal Oriented: results-driven approach to decision making and project planning Ability to work well and excel in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Problem Solver: adept at spotting issues and quickly suggest solutions Diligence: thorough, meticulous, and have astonishing attention to detail Experience Necessary: The Executive Director of Sales will have a minimum of 3-7 years of dynamic, responsible work experience in new business development within the Contingent Workforce industry; proven experience in representing Staffing and Managed Services Minimum 3 years of experience managing and motivating a Sales team Proven track record of managing complex, high-volume accounts Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and other relevant industry systems (CRM, ATS, VMS, FMS, etc) You’ll be successful in this role if you have strong leadership skills, thrive in a team environment, and enjoy contributing to the bigger picture. This position will require industry experience and a commitment to team mentorship and strategic sales success.
