Vineyard Cincinnati is a non-denominational church with an approximate weekly attendance of 5,500 adults at our main location in Tri-County. We also have a site in Eastgate and a Spanish-speaking site called La Viña. Over the years we have been noted for acts of kindness, including giving away groceries and holding free car washes as part of our ministry.
One way we serve Greater Cincinnati is through the Healing Center, a safe place on our campus providing "help for the whole person" through forty different services. EXECUTIVE PASTOR, EXECUTIVE LEADERSHIPFULL-TIME

Responsible for the execution of VCCs vision under the leadership of the Senior Pastor. This role has tactical decision-making authority, with primary responsibility to provide supervision and development of assigned directs and ensuring the integrity of all church operations and internal and external reporting.
The ideal candidate for this job is an experienced leader with a passion for organizational management and development. This person thrives in a team and is comfortable with collaboration, is a practiced active listener, and is a clear and effective communicator. In addition to the execution of leadership in the organization, this person will also occasionally be assigned to speak and participate in the weekend services.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESEstablish and maintain a strong and effective working relationship with the Senior Pastor and communicate accurately the vision and values of the Senior Pastor.Lead and supervise the Senior Directors and report to the Senior Pastor the progress of direct reports toward meeting their goals.Provide reports to the Board of Trustees at the request of the Senior Pastor and/or the Board.In conjunction with the Senior Pastor, responsible for annual development of goals and objectives of church within the strategic plan and operating budget approved by the Board.Collaborate with Senior Pastor to plan weekend teaching and teach on weekends as assigned by Senior Pastor.Facilitate E-Team meetings and create an agenda with the Senior Pastor.Assumes responsibility, as directed, for the execution & development of VCCs strategic plan and annual operating budget prepared for and approved by the Board.Maintain organizational focus on current strategic goals and objectives.Ensure that individual ministries align with the overall VCC vision.Create an environment and systems (a) in which staff can excel at accomplishing ministry objectives and goals; (b) that facilitates information between members and the church and vice versa.Ensure there is clarity of operating processes and procedures within assigned areas of oversight.Ensure ongoing development of information and systems that will measure strategic and tactical effectiveness, identify member base in all respects and present church attributes effectively.Provide direct support and supervision for assigned direct reports including establishing goals, objectives, and completing annual performance reviews. Notify Human Resources promptly regarding employee relation issues or concerns, maintain proper documentation, and work in partnership with HR to ensure effective resolution of these issues and concerns.Assumes responsibility for other duties as assigned by the Senior Pastor.
QUALIFICATIONSRequired Education: Masters Degree in Church Leadership or relatedRequired Experience: 5 years minimum in leadership of large (1,000+) church
