What does an Executive Personal Assistant do?

As Executive Personal Assistants, our primary tasks include managing the daily schedules and administrative needs of top executives. We perform a variety of tasks ranging from calendar management, travel arrangements, and communication facilitation to ensuring the smooth operational flow of tasks. The role demands high levels of discretion, organization, and the ability to anticipate the needs of the executives we support. We act as a liaison between the executive and other team members or external parties. The position requires problem-solving skills and flexibility to handle the challenges that arise each day.

Core tasks:

  • Managing and organizing the executive's calendar and appointments
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and meeting requests
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and other necessary documents for meetings
