About Executive Recruiter

What does an Executive Recruiter do?

As executive recruiters, we are in charge of the sourcing and recruiting of executive-level candidates of our organization. For this, we develop a deep understanding of the business of our organization, working closely together with leadership. We also need to have extensive knowledge of the talent landscape. Armed with this understanding, we lead search engagements from first contact to onboarding. We source candidates, screen applicants, and conduct interviews. The sourcing and screening part may be outsourced to an agency, in which case we are their primary contact. We cultivate relationships with candidates and remain available to answer their questions. We partner with HR to facilitate contracting and onboarding.
