Client is looking for person who supported CxOs - CIO, CEOs. Worked under high pressure environment, supporting executives on-Call
Executive Support in Herndon, VA. This is for Client Expansion Project .
This position serves as a technical lead assigned to customer/Techmahindra for technical services. The position is responsible for and coordinates computer and network services, to include planning the utilization of computer systems, purchasing and installing equipment, coordinating and conducting systems training, and leading the association systems work groups. This position also provides direct technical assistance throughout multiple locations, coordinating with the Information Management Department of customer through Techmahindra
REQUIREMENTS:
Education and/or experience equivalent to a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
5 years of experience in technical services, networking, and or system administration
Excellent oral and written communication skills for communicating to management, Internal Audit, user community, and security violators.
Technical expertise in systems administration and security tools, combined with security best-practices and procedures.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to express to our users technical information in a non-technical manner. Candidate should have experience supporting Executives.
Provide hardware/software support - installation, update, configure, and troubleshoot
Provide support for all IT equipment - PCs, printers, scanners, laptops, PDAs, video conferencing and projection systems, and external peripherals
Ensure applications and hardware meet end user requirements
Support onsite and remote customers as required
Support software and hardware refresh/upgrade/configuration efforts – Windows7, Windows 10, MS Office, MS Active Directory
Coordinate warranty repair operations with vendors
Should be able to own the assigned tasks and provide daily update on the task
Candidate should be able to support On-call as this is a business support requirement
Candidate should be able to support Air watch, Smart Phones, GSuite and Familiar with ITIL Service model.
