What you will do!
The purpose of this position is to provide a wide variety of administrative support and tasks for the Program Executive Team at the Oregon State Hospital in Junction City. This position will coordinate and accomplish goals and objectives consistent with legislative intent, Governor, Department Director and Superintendent directives, standards of the Joint Commission, and regulatory bodies. This position supports the Program Director, Director of Social Work, Supervising Psychiatrist, Supervising Psychologist, as well as coordinates meetings and activities of the Program Executive Team (PET).

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
One year of experience performing administrative duties in support of agency projects or programs. Qualifying experience would involve data collection and analysis; project evaluation and/or analysis; interpretation and application of laws, rules, and regulations; or similar experience.
Must be able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Skilled in efficient work organization.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Must have accurate typing skills, 55 wpm.
Knowledge of an ability to operate and train others in use of copy machines, personal computer, FAX machine, video conferencing equipment.
Ability to learn and operate multiple phone systems.
Must possess working knowledge of database management and other personal computer software programs.
Must demonstrate ability to learn to design effective applications.
Experience in creating and maintaining a work environment that is respectful and accepting of diversity among team members and the people we serve.
