What does an Executive Vice President do?

Functioning as Executive Vice Presidents, we are responsible for achieving the financial goals and objectives of our company. We are also accountable for increasing operating performance to drive revenue. We are the primary liaison with the Board of Directors. We possess executive decision-making power, and we are second in command to the President. Other Vice Presidents report to us. Our responsibilities include customer care, staff management, overseeing of operations. Making sure policies and procedures are followed and supervising departments are on the task list of Executive Vice Presidents.
