Experis helped me return to my chosen profession after a series of lay-offs pushed me into a "must pay the bills" job. The candidate/consultant managers were fantastic in most respects but somehow news that my contract would terminate earlier than expected didn't reach me until 2 days before my last scheduled work day. I don't know whether Experis had the information and assumed I knew as well, or the communication fell through the cracks. Other than that one woops moment, my experience was quite positive, and I love my remote working environment.

Pros and Cons
Stayed in contact with me during my assignment and after contract ended for additional opportunities
Turnover/staff changes created some communications issues. Holiday pay but no vacation benefit

Worse experience of my life. Degraded to the level of entry-level support to a company that had all wireless no hardwiring at all. A complete joke.

Pros and Cons
Absolutely Nothing
Everything; The drive, the people, the work environment, etc.
