About Export Coordinator

What does an Export Coordinator do?

As export coordinators, we arrange and organize the cargo and material that is to be shipped internationally. We process the export shipments, fill out the required paperwork, and arrange the documents required for successful shipping. Our duties include maintaining shipping records, keeping an eye on documentation, interacting with clients, and communicating with freight agents. Also, we handle the pricing information, prepare invoices, manage shipments, arrange cargos, maintain updated clients' profiles and approve orders.

Core tasks:

  • managing all exports tasks and freight operation
  • providing excellent customer services through import/ export process
  • handling the material to be exported and shipping it effectively
