I worked at express employment professionals for a good amount of time at the beginning it was a good atmosphere with my fellow coworkers but once time passed the boss was careless about what was really going on with the employees. It was a toxic environment specifically with the clients who came in, the recruiters did not even care if people waited 1hr to be assisted by them. They would go to lunch and have people wait till they came back and would just say oh well I will call if there's anything. It was very un safe because of the angry clients. There was no days off or paid vacation or paid holidays. Boss didn't have sympathy towards sick days.

Pros and Cons
Meet new people,1hr long lunch
No sick days, no paid holidays, toxic environment,no compassion towards clients

It was great when I started working there. I learned a lot from the team that used to work at the Miami Lakes Office, but there’s a lot of things they need to improve, especially the Payroll procedures and the structural and funcional system.

Pros and Cons
Nice team very collaborative
The owner lose control of many things.

I worked at a recycling plant in Appleton, Wisconsin. It went all right since I had to sort paper, metal, plastic, glass, etc. The place was not that clean, but they gave us the chance to do other tasks if we did not like a certain thing. Flexibility was a nice bonus.

Pros and Cons
39 or 40 hrs a week (flexible)
It was not always the best job, the cleanest environment, or the friendliest people each day.
