Set but flexible. You choose your shift and then that is your set shift. It can change if you need as well. Also, it depends where you get hired. ESI has more schedule options because they are open weekends. Accredo (ESI Specialty Pharmacy) they are open Mon-Fri 5am - 8pm. So you know you always have weekends off.
q:What’s Express Scripts’s business mission statement?
Liam Brown
Report an issue
"We are a pharmacy services company putting medicine within reach to make better health more affordable and accessible.".

I started for Express Scripts on 11/5/18 because I wanted to help others or so I thought. As I was working for Express Scripts for almost I had a manager that was always riding my coat tail(me) constantly over little stuff. Anyway, she made me feel uncomfortable and uneasy to work under her supervision because I have medical condition that she could or would not understand I had to have something in my mouth through out the day, she made it like I was eating just because when that was not the case at all. Why I have to keep my mouth moist is because I have Sjogren's Syndrome which is an autoimmune disorder. And that's my story in a nutshell.
Pros and Cons
My husband used to work at Express Scripts as a Administrative Asst/Supervisor, we rode to work
Peoples attitude, how they treated others, they didn't care if you had medical issues or not

Like any call center, you are replaceable, so it is up to you to stand out and move up the ladder. It has good growth opportunities and great benefits. All in all I would say a good place to work if you don’t mind call centers. Also, depending on which side you get hired, there are different perks. If you get hired at ESI you have more shift options because they are open on Saturday. If you get hired on at Accredo, the ESI Specialty Pharmacy, they are open Mon-Fri 5am - 8pm, so you know you will always have the weekends off. OT used to be almost always available but I hear since they got bought out by Cigna they no longer offer OT whatsoever. I left right at that transition so I am not 100% on this for Accredo, but I am for ESI, because I have a relative that is still working for them.
Pros and Cons
Flexible set sched. (you chose your hrs and then that’s your shift). Benefits, growth opportunities.
Replaceable, No OT, poor management, pay isn’t the best.

This company is the worst I have ever worked for, the management is horrible and they don’t care about their workers . I had a medical emergency when I was there and you have 12 points until you are fired and you get docked a point if you are late , sick or have an emergency. So I had to you 5 of my points and they were not concerned or compassionate at all they just said “not their problem”.And you have to put in and compete with everyone else to get the vacation time you want . I would never work for this company if it was the last place to work on earth. Horrible experience no room for growth and you get treated like a child and are micro managed and tracked even your bathroom breaks !!!!
Pros and Cons
Absolutely nothing
Absolutely everything
