About Eyewear Consultant

What does an Eyewear Consultant do?

As Eyewear Consultants, we help customers in their choice of lenses and frame selection, greeting them and maintaining display of products on the sales floor. We are one of the closest to customers. Therefore, we ensure proper customer service to them, help in locating the doctor(s) meant for their appointment, be with them even till the time for their eye measurement and eyewear selections. The maintenance of the cleanliness within the store is also part of our responsibility, as we make sure things are kept in the right places and at the right time.

Core tasks:

  • ensure the display of various lens and frames available
  • help customers choose the perfect eyewear for them
  • assist in customer-doctor appointments
  • maintain a clean store environment
