Job Description Performs custodial and facilities duties for the College of Law. Performs routine cleaning in classrooms, offices and public access areas. Tasks require some organizational skills and the making of some decisions in the application of prescribed procedures. Mops, sweeps, waxes and polishes floors, cleans/dusts furniture, equipment, etc. Vacuums carpeted areas when applicable. Maintains lavatories and restrooms in a sanitary condition. Uses established safety practices to protect the health and safety of personnel and property. Locks/unlocks offices, classrooms, and conference rooms. Secures all doors at the end of the day if necessary. Shovels snow from doorways and walks. Other related duties as assigned.

Advertised Physical Requirements: - Regular exposure to disagreeable conditions and weather, extreme temperature changes, odors and hazardous chemicals
- Lifting and carrying loads up to 100 pounds. Excessive use of arms in a back and forth motion, stooping, and bending.
- Prolonged walking and standing.
- Climbing stairs and ladders.
