As Facility Managers, we are responsible for testing, maintaining, and repairing all building operating systems. We oversee the maintenance of the house and grounds. We execute and maintain custodial functions. Ensuring that security and emergency measures are correctly implemented is also a part of our duty. We assure that the facility is clean and maintained following company policy and procedures. Working as Facility Managers, we are responsible for ensuring that the building is open, close, and secure for work operations. We oversee and supervise the quality of work for other employees to ensure that the performance of the tasks is optimal. Finally, we manage and evaluate service agreements.

Core tasks:

  • conducting regular facilities inspections to ensure compliance
  • checking completed work by suppliers and contractors
  • performing simple carpentry and repair work
  • informing workplace safety precautions to employees
