REQUIRED ATTRIBUTES AND SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
A Bachelors degree in building construction, industrial engineering or related field AND one year of experience planning, scheduling, or coordinating facility system maintenance and construction projects;
OR
Four years of experience planning, scheduling or coordination facility system maintenance or construction projects.
DESIRED SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES
Work experience in office space planning and design that included using AutoCAD, AutoCAD interface software, and/or Herman Miller software Z-Axis and Visio etc.
Assisting with the selection, movement and use of complex office equipment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
You'll be entrusted to (in part):
Plan, coordinate, design and implement furniture and system furniture layout and moves;
Coordinate all details associated with moves and space reorganizations;
Use drawing programs like AutoCAD and Herman Miller software to assist with purchase and layout of Herman Miller systems furniture;
Work with vendors for all areas involved in a move;
Provide costs and recommendations for the purchase of furniture;
Works close with project managers and supply specialists in coordinating each project; and
Assists as a back-up for security issues, facility issues, and other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS
Position requires travel, both in-town and statewide to attend meetings and ress facilities issues. Requires occasional weekend and evening work. May include visiting construction sites in which protective clothing is required climbing lers to the roof, walking on catwalks, stooping, crouching, pulling, lifting, pushing and various other physical position to ensure equipment and furniture is installed and disassembled correctly. Must be able to lift 50lbs or more with or without accommodations. Incumbent must hold a valid Oregon Driver's License and have and maintain an acceptable driving record.
