About Faculty Member

What does a Faculty Member do?

We, faculty members, conduct university and college courses for the graduate and undergraduate students. We teach various courses and subjects to the students according to the prescribed syllabus and curriculum. We compile and gather the specialized materials for external reading activities in classrooms. We define the topics that can initiate class participation and can stimulate the class discussions. Our duties include preparing the lectures and learning materials, delivering lectures to the students, administering the examinations, and grading them for allocating grades. In addition, we assist graduate students and fellow instructors in research and investigation.

Core tasks:

  • publishing the research findings in published and reputed journals
  • working as student advisors
  • directing the papers, theses, and dissertation of students
